Monday, we spent the bulk of our day learning about our bible story Jonah and the Whale. After reading the story together at circle time, we broke into groups for our Jonah centers.

After our centers, we had a quick snack and got ready for a special treat: Oatland Island visitors! Ms. Pam brought 3 nocturnal animals to visit. We saw a flying squirrel, an owl and an opossum! Most of us did not know that lots of flying squirrels live right here, but since they are small, quick and nocturnal we might never see them!
