Dr. Seuss Week- Monday and Tuesday
Monday was all about The Foot Book, by Dr. Seuss. We did some non standard measuring with our shoes, talked about left and right, read a magazine about Dr. Seuss and painted some giant feet.
On Tuesday, we talked about 2 Dr. Seuss books- One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish and Bartholomew and the Oobleck. We worked on identifying numerals up to 20 in the fishbowls, and went fishing for alphabet letters and numbers in the pond on our rug. We also had an icky good time playing with our oobleck slime!
