This week we talked about fire safety! Wednesday, we went out to talk to some local firefighters, and learn about their fire fighting equipment. Then we came in to use some different snack shapes to build our own little trucks.
Back in class, we used our sight words I and see to build and read some sentences. Using our pointer fingers, we are working on one to one correspondence and learning some common words.
We also finished up our pet projects this week by making pet rocks! As soon as we finish up our newest class book, I'll post the process and pages here.
