2018 Supply List

Supply List for Pre-K 4s

large bookbag

Many of our projects are on 9" X 12" paper and they get crushed in a small bookbag! All the kids will be given a daily folder that travels in the book bag. Folders are used for parent notes to the school, projects and notes from the office. Every morning the kids will take folders out and put them in the bottom box before starting the morning activities. We're building responsibility for our things, just like the big kids!

complete change of clothing in a ziploc bag

Please label this with your child's name. We will keep it in his/her cubby at school. Fun can be messy!! We will use paint, glue, glitter, and other drippy, sticky, etc, materials every day. Pre-K students learn by doing, not watching, and sometimes that makes a mess. All clothes worn to school should be comfortable and able to get dirty. This is not the place for special dress up outfits (except on program days, of course!).

Walgreen's gift card ($15) for photo developing

Our memory books are an ongoing yearlong project. The kids make pages for each month to go in the book, all with photos. We also save and add all the individual pages from our class authored books, some art projects, and make sure to put in lots of pictures of our special days in class.

One box resealable baggies (gallon or sandwich)

2 cans plain white shaving cream

3 packages of baby wipes

Refill packs are fine! Why so many wipes for 4's? Because big Pre-K kids can clean up after themselves (and tend to use more wipes while they do it!)

2 foaming hand soaps

1 box of tissues

3 full-size cans Playdoh (any color)

We love play doh, and use it for free creating as well as more structured learning activities. We do reuse it several times, of course. But, when the germs strike throughout the year, the play doh gets tossed and replaced to help keep us all healthy.

1 package stickers, ANY kind

Little authors love to add stickers to their books and papers!

Thank you!
