Firetruck Fun!

The firefighters brought their trucks to school this week! We learned about smoke alarms, family meeting spots, getting down low to avoid smoke, and that we should never hide if there is a fire. We also learned that all the gear that firefighters wear might look and sound scary, but it is all to keep them safe.

We practiced the words I, see, and a, along with some fire safety words! We focused on saying just what we point to and going from left to right. We are on our way!

 

  

  

 

Our Let's Find Out reading center was all about firefighters, and so was the I Spy challenge.

This was the first time we've played BINGO at centers, and it was so much fun!
